Ach ja, damit ihr mal eine Vorstellung davon bekommt was die Aufgabe meines dritten Assigments ist:

In 2004 the Lincoln brothers achieved a long-running ambition by becoming owners of an old and disused distillery. They created the Hibernian Distilling Company. Since the purchase, the existing premises has been updated and new plant in place. The Company first produced brown and clear spirits. In the last 12 months, it has extended its product line to include a cream liquor.

The firm launched its new product Celtic Dream in Oktober 2006. Subsequently, Hibernian, introduced the same product to the German and the French markets in February 2007. The launch in Ireland was very successfully, but the foregn adventure was a notable disappointment. The compnay lost it´s German distributor after 5 months and two French multiple retail chains de-listed the new offering in August.

Lincoln has asked you to draw up an international marketing plan for a priority market within the E.U. or the Far East.
